What we process

When you visit the shop or place an order we process the data needed for that: contact and delivery details, order and payment information (payments are handled by the payment provider; we do not see full card data), device and usage data, and your communications with us.

Why

To fulfil your order and provide customer service (contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to meet legal obligations such as tax records (Art. 6(1)(c)), and for shop security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

Cookies and marketing

Non-essential cookies and marketing tools (such as the Meta Pixel) are only used if you give consent in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings.

Service providers

Our shop runs on Shopify, which processes data on our behalf. Other recipients are payment providers, shipping carriers and, with your consent, advertising partners. Some providers are located outside the EU (e.g. the USA); transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Retention

We keep data as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by statutory retention periods.

Your rights
