Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Group Henrrys LLC, 7345 W Sand Lake Rd, Ste 210, Office 3045, Orlando, FL 32819, USA, e-mail: support@frementeshop.com) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

How to return

After your withdrawal, we send you the return steps by e-mail: you drop the parcel off at the nearest drop-off point of our shipping partner. You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. If you withdraw within the 14-day withdrawal period, we bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Sealed goods

The right of withdrawal expires early for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal was removed after delivery. You can test the included sample; please keep the sealed bottle closed until you are sure.
